Young Executive Development Program

The Young Executive Development Program is a holistic program that builds not only the skills and knowledge of the individual but also his character and his ability to handle difficult and challenging situations.

The program has been designed to incorporate various learning experiences such as site visits, learning summary sharing, work sessions, learning projects preparation and completion that allows the learners to test and see the results of their new skills and knowledge.

The Young Executive Development Program is a multi-focused learning program that exposes the individuals to the different facets of the organization preparing him for bigger and more complex job roles and functions.

This program's duration is about right to learn the skills that could be used to address pressing issues and to lead the  strategic projects of their company.

 
 
Sample Modules of the Young Executive Development Program:

Self-Leadership
Self-leadership pertains to the invidividual's ability to create personal and professional goals; ability to manage their emotion and project strong self-image; ability to consistently perform amidst high pressure and lack of support from peers and managers.

Team Leadership
Team Leadership pertains to leaders' ability to align team vision; ability to recognize members' unique attributes to build a strong team; ability to motivate others; ability to be adaptable and being seen as committed to achieve the goals.

Business Leadership
Business Leadership pertains to understanding the corporate values of the organization and how these values translate to its practices and decisions; ability to understand how the organization create customer value through its value chain; ability to plan strategically; ability to analyze the forces market forces that shape the organization and the industry; and the ability to make effective decisions.
