"Learning through Sharing™

Learning through Sharing™ (LTS) is a gateway for group learning and mutual stimulation among executives. This program aims to produce valuable discussions in regards to business issues, current challenges and market opportunities. Each month, a group of 15 senior executives from non-competing organizations will meet for a two (2) hour workshop in a location suitable for effective exchange of ideas and interests.

Learning Through Sharing™ is a service provided by the Executive Learning Center to support senior executives in leading their respective organizations, solving critical problems, building high performance teams, understanding market dynamics, and continuously growing as an business professional.

Benefits:

Learning through Sharing™ provides the following benefits and services to senior executives and their organizations:

  • Meet dynamic individuals, leaders and professionals
  • Learn valuable lessons from successful professionals in diverse organizations
  • Help each other solve immediate problems and challenges
  • Share useful information and complementary resources from varying industries
  • Develop each member’s critical and creative thinking abilities
  • Test new ideas and get immediate feedback


Corporate Social Responsibility

Besides addressing business and work issues through regular monthly meetings, Learning though Sharing Groups also engages in non-business activities to be engaged in the local community.

In the future, activities such as:

  • Share-A-Book Program.  LTS members will be donating a book to schools or communities who need this kind of educational resource.
  • Green Environment Campaign.  LTS members are seen promoting recycling, environment care practices and utilizing environment-friend products.
  • Mentoring Program.  LTS members are seen becoming mentors to young graduates who need career direction and coaching in finding suitable jobs.

Membership:
 

In order to maintain the quality of the group, membership admission rules are strictly implemented.

The basic guidelines are as follows:

Senior Executive Groups are only open to key decision makers such as managing directors, presidents, chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief information officeer, chief financial officers and similar positions.

Function groups such as HR/Training is only open for the professionals in that category. No more than one (1) member from each company in the same group Members are coming from non-competing companies or industries.
