Knowledge Management System

Learning Support System.  This system ensures that the the learners and the stakeholders of the program are adequately provided with the right information at the right time.  LSS enhances the transfer of learning within your organization through knowledge and experience sharing.

The system enables the learners to:
  • Receive program documents such as guidelines (homework, learning plan, etc.) to guide them in the learning process
  • Provide and view the learner¡¯s basic information,  personal mission and characteristics and career history that would help their colleagues know them better
  • Be guided by our client¡¯s senior management and HR management¡¯s vision regarding the program
  • Upload and download their learning documents such as homework, learning plan, learning summary, work sessions, and learning presentation that greatly enhances the efficiency in document exchange between the learners and program manager.
  • Finally, the program managers to provide support to the learners by reviewing and annotating their learning documents and by providing them program updates and guidelines.
