It is oftentimes unclear what value propositions organization or an entrepreneur provides to their clients and stakeholders because of a lack of a mental and practical framework how their business operates.    This workshop will discuss key building blocks that would help generate winning business models.  We shall be using a business model generate template that help you identify and improve your plan in increasing and expanding your revenue streams, in decreasing your costs, in expanding your customer segments, in developing productive partnerships and in utilizing your assets and resources.      Workshop Outcomes   In this half-day public workshop, I invite you a highly facilitative and experiential activities so that you will leave the training room with:  •	A business model blueprint or canvas that you will use to create, deliver and capture the values you, your clients and your stakeholders. •	Practical business insights to identify customer segments where you can succeed and increase your customer loyalty and revenues. •	Creative thinking tools to help you generate and systematize ideas to improve the quality of the building blocks of your business model.   Target Audience  If you are an entrepreneur, decision-makers in your organization, strategists and corporate planners, students or anyone who would like to learn the nuts and bolts of business model generation – this is for you!   Modules | Learning Agenda  What is a Business Model?   We shall kick off our workshop with interactive small group and large group discussion exploring and sharing our ideas of what is a business model and why it is important to have one.  The key learning point (KLP) that we seek in this module is to be in one page as we segue to the next module of Understanding Business Model Building Blocks.  Business Model Building Blocks.  Before we can create a business model, we shall discuss and learn what are the fundamental blocks that constitute a sustainable model.  In this module, we shall investigate what are value propositions, customer relationship, activities and resources that would help us meet the needs of the customer segments we targeted, channels that we shall use in reaching out our clients, partners and stakeholders.  Our KLP here is to put in our belt the bricks and mortars that would help us generate our winning business model.  With this and after a stretch break, we shall segue to our next module – Building (Improving) My Own Business Model.  Building (Improving) My Own Business Model.  Armed with an understanding of what a business model is and the benefits of having one, we shall now work in teams in building (for the first timers and who have not built one) and improving (for those who have experience in building one).  I shall be providing you with a business model generation template and together, we shall generate ideas and information that would gradually create our business plan.  I shall coach you by moving from teams to teams and check your progress from time to time.  We shall now segue to the final module of our workshop – Presenting our Business Model and Getting Feedbacks.  Business Model Presentation.   I believe this is the most exciting part of our workshop – when you get up as individual or team presenters to share to your peers what is your business model and why it is a winning one!  Remember – we are in this together and presenting your model is an opportunity to get confirmation from your peers and including yourself that you have built the right business model according to the business outcomes you desire.  It would be an opportunity to get constructive feedbacks to make your model even better.  After the presentation and feedbacks, we shall now segue to Wrap Up and Closing.  Wrap Up and Closing.  Congratulations!  I believe at this point you have gained a lot of insights and skills to build your business model.  And you are leaving the workshop with your initial business model already!  Let us summarize what we learnt and commit to apply what we leant and write reflection of our successes and opportunities to improve in a small journal.
