Robert Song

Robert Song is a well-rounded HR Consultant and Facilitator. He specialized in high-level leadership, management and HR fields.

He specializes in:

In terms of management experience , Robert has had the following roles and responsibilities in Advisory work for government agencies in China; as Advisor, Center of International Cooperation, State Council Office of Economic System Reforms, State Council, China; as Advisor, Human Resource Development and Management, Ministry of Health, China; as Chief Human Resource Adviser, The Southern Forum, Guangzhou, China; as Director and General Manager, Suzhou Capsugel Limited, Suzhou, China (SCL is a joint venture between Warner Lambert Company of USA and the Chinese State Pharmaceutical Administration Commission); as Director, Customer Service Group; Warner Lambert Canada Inc., Toronto, Canada; WLCI is a 100% owned subsidiary of Warner Lambert Company, USA; as Vice President, Operations; Bausch and Lomb Canada Inc., Toronto, Canada; BLCI is a 100% owned subsidiary of Bausch and Lomb, USA; as Vice President, Distribution and Corporate Planning; Harding Carpet Limited, Toronto, Canada; Harding was the largest Canadian owned carpet manufacturer in Canada; as Material and Program Planning Manager; Xerox Canada Inc., Toronto, Canada.  XCI is a 100% subsidiary of Xerox Corporation of USA; and as Distribution Planning and Control Supervisor. Canadian Canners Limited, Hamilton, Canada.  CCL was a 100% owned subsidiary of Nabisco Corporation of USA.

Robert Song’s educational and certification background includes B. Comm. (Singapore National University, Singapore); M. A. (Dalhousie University, Canada); M.B.A. (McMaster University, Canada); Matrix Management (Princeton University, USA) ; Advance Financial Management (Michigan University, USA); Effective Leadership (Hartford Graduate Center, USA); Advance Marketing Management (York University, Canada); and from Advance Reengineering (Institute for Reengineering Leadership, USA).
