Mr. Simon Chen

Simon is China’s one of the most highly sought trainers today for leadership and strategic marketing programs. He has successfully delivered sales and management trainings for many German industrial and automotive related companies such as ABB, Siemens, Lenze, FAG and so forth. He has also worked on the strategic market entry consulting projects for Hyundai while he worked with Accenture Consulting. He has delivered marketing, customer service and post-sale service training programs for the luxurious car brand Lexus with the highest comment from the customer , and is working actively on a comprehensive training program for another German luxurious car brand.

Simon has been engaged by Executive Learning Center since early 2005 in delivering learning solutions to our clientele such as Johnson & Johnson Medical, Cooper Electric and Fiskars Brands. He has been a professional business consultant with world’s leading sales performance consultancies. During this time, he has run consulting and training projects for reputable domestic and multinational clients such as AT&T, Danone, Nokia, L’Oreal, Henkal, Heineken, Shanghai Volkswage n, Shangri-la Hotels, Pacific Insurance, Belling, Eastcom, Atlas Copco, Sinochem, D’long Strategic Investment and Trane. He adopts a passionate style in his training, and is capable of explaining complex ideas in simple words and vivid illustrations. His training has been highly extolled by all of his clients.

From 1992 to 1996, Simon was working in the international trading industry, during which he had held management positions for agricultural products. He then moved on to work with a high-end clothing manufacturer in Hong Kong. His highly effective work as a marketing manager resulted in a substantial increase in the company’s revenue and the strengthening of its customer base. After earning his MBA from a top-ranking program in the US, he worked as a consultant with a leading sales management-consulting firm. His experience included key roles on several projects with reputable clients in telecom (AT&T, Sprint) and pharmaceutical (Merck, Bayer) industries.
