Mr. Glenn Wilkinson
Glenn has previously worked in a number of international 5 star hotels including Marriott and Hilton. Most recently he has been with the Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai as Director of Training. In this role he was responsible to revise and re-establish the training system in preparation for the opening of a new extension. This involved planning for and establishing an off-site training centre. Under his direction 600 new employees received training in Corporate Culture, Customer Service, Language and Department Specific Skills.
Glenn is a Human Resources Development specialist experienced in Training System Development, Management, Organizational Change, Personal Development, Cross Cultural Teams and Customer Service. He delivers a wide range of training courses in both English and Mandarin.
Originally from Australia, he has studied and worked in China for many years. He has a degree in Modern Asian Studies; Teaching and is certified in MBTI.
Glenn delivers not only Planning, Prioritizing and Delegating Programs but also Performance Management, Training Management Systems, Supervision Skills , Management Awareness, Pro Active Leadership , Effective Interviewing, Customer Service , Cross Culture, Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills, Teamwork/Teambuilding, Time and Management and recently Team Leadership & Personality Traits.
Executive Learning Center has cooperated with Glenn for clients such Johnson & Johnson Medical, Bax Global, Deloitte Touche, Umicore, Sofitel Jinjiang Hotel and most recently in the upcoming leadership programs for Continental AG.
