Executive Learning Center traces its history back in early 2004 when Julia Feng established a training and consulting firm in Shanghai, China.   Beginning 2005, Executive Learning Center added to its management team Ramil Cueto and Jason Walker both with strong passion for meeting the learning needs of our clients and to grow the business.

In 2007, we have focused our core competencies to helping clients implement integrated learning programs that are effective in developing and retaining their key talents.

In January 2009, Executive Learning Center has appointed Ms. Lucy Zhang as the company representative in Beijing, China.
