Since our inception in 2005, Executive Learning Center has consciously made efforts to understand how learning solutions and interventions can support the businesses and talent development of our clientele. Starting with ISO 10015, a standard for quality in training and education, ELC has developed its consultative skills in formulating and implementing business needs-driven solutions.
In this regard, we have worked with clients in helping them get a buy-in from their senior and line management to provide adquate attention to pre-training activities (assessment, needs analysis, learner's readiness, etc.) and also give real consideration to follow up and post training activites including collection of evidences of the impact of the learning solutions to the individuals, teams and to the organization as a whole.
