After being certified as a professional coach by International Coach Academy, and accredited globally by the International Coach Federation(ICF), Shelley has been investing her time and passion in supporting people to connect themselves with their innate wisdom and power.  She has developed the Leadership and Choice program to enhance the leaders personal and social competence.  Shelley has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School.    Mr. Ramil Cueto Negotiation and Influence Facilitator  Ramil has over 20 years of business development and entrepreneurial experience.  He has been living and working in China since 2004 gaining sufficient insights of Chinese negotiation style vis a vis western styles.  Combining east and west negotiation mindsets, Ramil is able to guide you in formulating your negotiation and influencing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.  He obtained a Master Degree in International Economic and Political Assessment and is certified in facilitating negotiation and influence workshops.
